For off-road use only. By taking ownership of this invoice and the products listed above the purchaser agrees that Toys 4 Boys Motorsports Inc. and its officers shall not be held liable for any damages, loss, or expense of any kind, arising out of or resulting from your possession or use of the items sold whether such liability is based in tort, contract, or otherwise. In no event, including, without limitation, a negligent act, shall TOYS 4 BOYS Motorsports Inc. or any of its officers be liable to the user for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way related to the materials, or any other products or services sold. Parental supervision is always suggested for all children under the age of 18. Always wear proper protective gear when riding, and obey all laws.
